We are improving conditions for young salmon and sea trout so that we will get more salmon and sea trout back to the river as fully grown individuals. Now we have a strong run of 1500 salmon. But after the improvements we are hoping for a minimum of 4000 salmon by 2026. We are starting by adding stones to the river so that young fish find shelter and food. 2021 is our first season for improvements of the river bed.
